Store Policies OCEAN FROG board sports and apparel offers the following Returns Policy: Please note: We can only accept unopened boxed products for return within 10 days of the receipt date. Once you have opened a boxed product, there is no return permitted. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. A 'Returns Number' must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without a 'Returns Number'. To obtain an 'Returns Number', please contact Customer Services at the address shown on this website. Alternatively, you may send an email to oceanfrogshop@aol.com Please include the following information in your email: The full name of purchaser. The email address used to place the order. The full delivery address. The full order number. A brief product description. The condition of the product. wrong order, faulty or damaged? The reason for returning the product. If the product is defective or damaged, please tell us if you want an exchange for another of the same product. Once you have a 'Returns Number', ship the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternate instructions from Customer Services. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase, less shipping, handling, and any applicable tariffs and taxes, or ship you a replacement of your product. Credits usually require between four and six weeks to process after an 'Returns Number' has been issued. | ||
